I am Evgeniya Bakalova, and I help women build and scale successful businesses without sacrificing their family, their time, or themselves in the process.
I know what it’s like to carry many roles at once.
To be a woman, a mother, a partner, a leader, a creator. To carry the business on your shoulders while thinking about your home, your children, your future, and everyone around you. I also know what it’s like to sometimes feel as though everyone needs you, and there is no time left for yourself.
My path hasn’t been built on theory. It was forged in real life, through business, responsibilities, successes, risks, and lessons.
Over the years, I have been involved in the creation and development of successful companies like Dostavka ot Anglia and UK Dostavka, which connected the UK and Bulgaria through logistics and trust. I have been part of developing Bulgarian retail outlets in London and Southampton, as well as being the co-founder of Restaurant and Rakia Bar “681” London – the first Bulgarian rakia bar of its kind outside of Bulgaria.
In addition, I am a co-founder of Exooo.com — an innovative platform created to connect businesses with end customers through discounts and referrals.
All of this taught me something very important:
Success has no value if you are exhausted. Money doesn't bring satisfaction if you don’t have time for the people you love.
And a business shouldn't depend entirely on you to be successful.

My Story
I know what it’s like to hold everything together when life is falling apart
At 18, I worked as an employee for exactly one month. After that, I did what most people only dream of. I started building businesses. Together with my husband, we created one of the largest delivery companies between the UK and Bulgaria.

- 50+ employees
- 30+ offices
- Millions in turnover
And we didn't stop there. We created three Bulgarian stores in the UK. A restaurant in London.
I qualified as a customs agent for import and export. And at the same time, I was:
- A mother of three children
- A wife
- A business owner
- The person who keeps everything under control
- The strategist behind the growth
From the outside, it looked like I had everything. Then, it all collapsed.
My husband left for Hell's Kitchen. And I was left alone with:
- Three children (including a newborn)
- Three businesses
- Hundreds of clients relying on me
- Postpartum depression
No support. No manual. No time to fall apart.
Most people would have crumbled. I built systems. It was then that I learned the most important lesson:
You don't need to work more. You need to work smarter. You don't need chaos. You need structure. You don't need to carry everything alone. You need processes that work for you.
